Alternate TNT
An alternate to the weekly posted TNT is available here. However, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you do the weekly TNT for a better challenge. Use the alternate only when life gets in the way!
If you don't use the TNT for your ST, then make up your own routine with ST exercises from the ALTERNATE TNT or work with your own program. We are aiming for 2 to 3 strength training sessions a week. Enter the number of days you did ST in the ONTS each week. |
LCW - WEEK 1 =
30 MINUTES CHALLENGE You have been challenged to 30 minutes of INTENTIONAL FITNESS. If you are able to complete 30 minutes of INTENTIONAL FITNESS on either Monday OR Tuesday, you will be given a Spark Goody AND the satisfaction of knowing that you will be continuing your streak and doing great things for your body!!! 30 minutes is the minimum time expected but if you go over that, all the better for you. Enter the total number of minutes worked out in the ONTS as your score. Choose your higher workout time from either day and only count it on Monday OR Tuesday, not both days.
