The 1970's brought on the introduction to jazzercise and the start of the new craze to "dance" your weight off while toning up. New diet fads were introduced as well such as over-the-counter diet pills, Scarsdale Diet, Atkins Diet and many more followed. The Coca-cola company decided to keep up with the trends by expanding their diet soda, introducing sugar-free Tab.
