Your captain will be awarding Ninja belt levels based on your accumulated Ninja points. Ninja points are earned by each Navy Ninja for completing challenges, posting meaningful posts on the team thread, and for losing weight or maintaining a weight loss. There will also be random bonus Ninja points available throughout the round. Can you earn your black belt or beyond by the time the BLC round ends?
Most weeks, you will have a Weekend Challenge (WEC) every Friday through Monday as well as a Last Chance Workout (LCW) challenge on Mondays or Tuesdays and a midweek challenge (TNT) Tone and Tighten, to be completed any time during the week. Points will be awarded differently for each challenge, but you will be given the information ahead of time for calculating points for yourself. We ask that you calculate and post your own challenge points by midnight, Wednesday night on our Official Ninja Tracking Spreadsheet (ONTS). In summation your responsibilities as a Navy Ninja are...
1. Participate in all of the challenges and post your points (according to each challenges specifications) on the ONTS by Wednesday midnight.
2. Join in on the conversations by posting personal updates on our team chat thread and commenting on others' updates.
3. Update your information in the ONTS on time every Wednesday with your weight and fitness minutes.
** Challenge points are not the same as Ninja Belt points.** You will be awarded NINJA BELT POINTS based on your challenge scores!
After you record your challenge points in the ONTS, we convert your challenge points into NINJA BELT POINTS using the following guidelines below. The NINJA POINTS determine your weekly finish among the Navy Ninjas and whether or not you have earned a new belt ranking. Belt levels will be posted each week in the chat thread and also in the ONTS on the far right side of the page. At this point you can update your signature line with your new belt rank to remind us all of your achievements!!!
Ninja Points System
► Posting: Must be a meaningful post with a reply to at least one team mate. Simply posting a challenge score or a "fly by" will not count.
* 1 point for posting each day.
(If you miss posting 3 days a week for 3 weeks in a row you will automatically be moved to floater)
♣ 2 points for participating in each challenge
♣ 5 points for achieving 100% maximum points or set goal
♣ -1 point for posting no score for a challenge
♣ 3 point for getting at least 30 minutes of Intentional Exercise
♣ 5 points for getting at least 60 minutes of Intentional Exercise
♣ -1 point for posting NO minutes for LCW
♣ 5 points for a weight loss
♣ 2 points for maintaining previous week's weight
♣ -5 points for weight gains

Starting = 0 - 24 PTS (none)
LEVEL 1 = 25-49 PTS (WHITE)
LEVEL 2 = 50-74 PTS (YELLOW)
LEVEL 3 = 75-99 PTS (ORANGE)
LEVEL 4 = 100-134 PTS (GREEN)
LEVEL 5 = 135-169 PTS (PURPLE)
LEVEL 6 = 170-204 PTS (BLUE)
LEVEL 7 = 205-239 PTS (BROWN)
LEVEL 8 = 240-274 PTS (RED)
LEVEL 9 = 275 -309 PTS (BLACK)
Once you have earned a Black Belt, you will begin to move up the Black Belt Dan rankings.
1st Dan = Shodan = 310 - 319 NINJA pts.
2nd Dan = Nidan = 320 - 329 NINJA pts.
3rd Dan = Sandan = 330 - 339 NINJA pts.
4th Dan = Yodan = 340 - 349 NINJA pts.
5th Dan = Godan = 350 - 359 NINJA pts.
6th Dan = Rokudan = 360 - 369 NINJA pts.
7th Dan = Shichidan = 370 - 379 NINJA pts.
8th Dan = Hachidan = 380 - 389 NINJA pts.
9th Dan = Kudan = 390 - 399 NINJA pts.
10th Dan = Judan = 400 - 409 NINJA pts.
