Challenges are an important part of the BLC and it's important that everyone participate!
It's one of the things that we stress ~ Participation, Not Perfection. Don't be the one responsible for giving the team 100 JUMPING JACKS!!

WEEK 2 ~ 45 Minute Challenge
You have been challenged to 45 minutes of intentional fitness. If you are able to complete 45 minutes of intentional fitness on either Monday OR Tuesday, you will be given a Spark Goody AND the satisfaction of knowing that you will be continuing your streak and are doing great things for your body!!!
